Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Divine Power 48 application ("the App"), operated by F2F Productions, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Divine Power 48 is a digital flashcard application featuring 48 laws of divine power based on Christian teachings. The App provides:

  • Free access to selected cards
  • Premium access to all 48 cards (paid feature)
  • Ability to favorite and track reading progress

Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Purchases and Payments

In-App Purchases

Premium content can be unlocked through in-app purchases processed by:

  • Apple App Store (iOS devices)
  • Google Play Store (Android devices)
  • Stripe (web purchases)

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Divine Discernment is available as an auto-renewable subscription. Subscriptions are available through the Apple App Store (iOS), Google Play Store (Android), or Stripe (web).

Pricing

  • Monthly Plan: $6.99 per month
  • Yearly Plan: $59.99 per year (save ~29%)
  • Free Trial: 14 days free for new subscribers. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before it ends.

Billing & Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase and at each renewal.
  • Apple App Store: Charged to your Apple ID within 24 hours before renewal.
  • Google Play Store: Charged to your Google account payment method before renewal.
  • Stripe (web): Charged to your saved card on file before renewal.

How to Cancel

  • iOS (Apple App Store): Go to Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions, select Divine Power 48, and tap Cancel. Apple guide →
  • Android (Google Play): Open the Google Play app › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions, select Divine Power 48, and tap Cancel. Google guide →
  • Web (Stripe): Log in at app.curtiseball.com, go to your account settings, and cancel your subscription. You may also email doc@ballincorp.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Price Changes

We will notify you in advance of any price changes. Continued use after the new price takes effect constitutes acceptance.

Refund Policy

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by the respective app store:

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of F2F Productions, LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute App content without permission
  • Use content for commercial purposes
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the App

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated systems to access the App
  • Harass or harm other users

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

  • Violates these Terms
  • Is harmful to other users or us
  • Is fraudulent or deceptive

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, F2F PRODUCTIONS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Communications

By creating an account, if you opt in during registration, you may receive emails regarding updates and upcoming enhancements to this product only. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at doc@ballincorp.com. We will never sell or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
