How do I unlock premium content?

Tap "Unlock Premium" on the Store page. You can purchase through the iOS App Store, Google Play Store, or on our website. Once purchased, premium content is unlocked on all your devices when you sign in.

How do I restore my purchase?

If you've already purchased premium and don't see it, go to the Store page and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same account you used to make the purchase.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by the app store where you made your purchase:

• iOS: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
• Android: Open Google Play > Account > Order history
• Web: Email us at doc@ballincorp.com

I have a promo code. How do I use it?

On the Store page, tap "Have a promo code?" below any book. Enter your code exactly as provided (codes are case-insensitive) and tap "Redeem."

Why do I need to verify my email?

Email verification helps protect your account and ensures you can recover your password if needed. You can use the app for 7 days before verification is required. Verification is required before making purchases.

How do I delete my account and data?

Sign in to your account, go to your Profile page, and click "Delete Account" at the bottom. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data. If you need assistance, email us at doc@ballincorp.com.

Can I use the app offline?

Currently, the app requires an internet connection to load content. Offline mode may be available in a future update.

Is my data secure?
